Box 1325 Asheville, N.C. 28802 (828)-251-1900 (828)-251-1945 Blue Ridge Preservation NOV-2022-PC-0691 11/20/22 RPB Systems, Inc. I would like to have tertiary fully operational by 4/1/22, but as you can see it could realistically take until May 2023 to complete. Please understand since taking over the operation of the W WTP in May of this year we started with sludge returns inoperable, skimmers inoperable, one operable blower that did not supply enough air to operate, and diffusers barley functional. We have spent about $ 10,000 in these repairs since May and the Tertiary repairs can cost another $ 12,000 to $ 24,000 to complete. Let us know if this timeline is reasonable and acceptable and we will make all efforts to complete repairs as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please call anytime. 7a1P2t,w Robert Bair Page12
