A Operator is at the facility 24 hours a day! The ORC time is based on how long the ORC is here during the day. The Backup ORC was in on site October 3rd, 4th,5th, 6th, and 7th. All the following QC did not
meet the requirements. The GGAs were out of range for the BOD analysis for the 24th.
