Proposed Activity Provide a detailed description of the proposed activity including its purpose and include the type of equipment to be used: * Construction of a single story residential house elevated 9'-0" above finished grade. Standard residential construction equipment will be used. A portion (12' x 5') of the front porch will encroach 5' into the 50' set -back. Four 8"x8" post will be driven 8' into the ground inside the buffer area. Grass will be maintained under the entire porch. Entire area under the porch will be open on all 4 sides. Porch decking will be open slat. Bottom of porch area will be elevated 9'. All area within the 50' setback will be returned to a vegetative state.
