Street Maintenance Disclosure Statement
The maintenance of all streets and roads in this subdivision shall
be the responsibility of the developer until such time as the
Town of Angier assumes formal responsibility. It shall be the
responsibility of the developer to build and install streets meeting
the standards of the Town of Angier before any public streets
on this plat are included, at any time after the approval of this plat,
