Good evening,
I am writing to let you know that I am taking steps to comply with the inspection report details for the septic system at
4104 baker street in durham NC. First, the system was pumped just this year on September 12th, 2022. I paid by a bank
check, however, since the company charged a fee for payment by credit card. I will find the receipt or the other half of
the bank check for proof of payment. The company also applied disinfection to the system. I will ask them to attest to
this. I will also ask the same company for assistance with effluent analysis and discharge location. I know where the
discharge is located but do not have experience with mapping. The company that performed the work is All American
Septic. Their phone number is 919 398 1045. Jason is the contractor who did the work for me.
