Dear Mr. Dorney,
Enclosed is an application for 401 Water Quality Certification for Dennis Denton.
Mr. Denton proposes to permit for his rip rap along approximately 400' of shoreline to
aid in erosion control. There are several trees along the shoreline that will have to be
removed. Trees are all from 4" in diameter or smaller or they have undermined root
systems and will be cleared only as far back as necessary. Rip rap will be approximately
1' above full pond. Total square footage of proposed rip rap will be 2000 sq.ft.

regulated lake shore or bottom under the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Permit
