This letter is to satisfy the Annual reporting requirement for the NPDES MS4 permit NCS00564 issued to the Town of
Wendell on January 23, 2018.
• During the last annual reporting cycle, the Town was audited on June 29, 2022.
• The Town was issued a Notice of Violation (NOV-2022-PC-0361) dated September 30, 2022.
• The Town has reviewed the Notice of Violation on October 4, 2022.
• The Town reviewed and began working on completing the required action.
• Tuesday October 25, 2022, The Town completed required action number one, the 30-day response letter for
acknowledging the Notice of Violation requirements and the intent to comply.
• The Town continues to work on the other required actions in the Notice of Violation.
