Remove erosion control measures, convert sedimentary basin to wet detention pond. --Close Out Project— EC -CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE OUTLINE FOR CLEARING, GRUBBING & MASS GRADING 1. Obtain all permits before beginning construction. 2. Install gravel construction entrances at the locations shown, and then install all silt fences around the perimeter of the construction area along with the reinforced silt fence outlets. 3. Clear and grub, strip topsoil as noted on the erosion control plan. 4' Topsoil to be placed as necessary for future use on site. 5. Continue clearing and grubbing of the site as necessary. 6. Demolition all required site areas per site demolition plan to allow for site grading and new construction. 7. Provide temporary seeding & mulching as necessary to stabilize the outer perimeter of the site. 8. Continue mass grading the site while maintaining all erosion control measures and during the site!s grading and filling, 9. After completion of all site grading, re -spread topsoil, fine grade, seed and mulch all disturbed area that will not be disturbed with the subdivision's utility work by providing ground cover within 7 to 14 days per NPDES requirements. FOR STREET & UTILITY CONSTRUCTION 10. Begin utility construction for the proposed storm, sewer, underground detention system, retaining walls and water mains. 11. Install inlet protection around all proposed storm drainage as necessary to keep sediment laden storm runoff from entering the storm drainage network. Install gutter buddies around inlet. protection clevices within paved areas. Maintain all inlet protection in non-p ed arm. 12.. Once all storm is in place direct required storm runoff through inlet protected storm system which will then be diverted to site underground detention system, 13. Continue fine grading of the subgrade for the parking lots, entrances and building pad as necessary. 14. Fine grade all stone in parking lots to the recommended pavement structures. Pave parking lots and entrances. 15. Pour all concrete curb, set storm drainage frames & grates and spread ABC stone in parking lots as proposed. Pont concrete aprons around building's track docks as shown. 16. Backfill behind all curbing with topsoil, grade, seed and mulch or landscape. 17. Seed and mulch all disturbed areas to establish permanent ground cover. 18, Final inspection and closeout with NCDEQ upon the establishment of permanent groundcover and construction completion.
