Comment: The system permit expired 7/31/2022 and a permit renewal application was submitted, The
water & sewer authority will continue to operate under the expired permit untill a new one is
received.

Lines/Right-of-Ways/Aerial Lines

Lower Rocky River Interceptor Aerial and outfall R/W. The crossing is a 30 inch DIP that had just recently been
fiberglass lined to prevent corrosion. The pipe and crossing supports appeared to be in good condition and
the outfall was mowed and well maintained.
Are right-of-ways/easements maintained for full width for access by staff/equipment?

Comment: No issues with manholes.

The W & S Authority has 4 dedicated on site diesel fueled generators and 2 by-pass pumps available for use
if necessary. Also one P/S has redundent power ( Cold Water Creek P/S ). The 4 P/S's inspected had
generators on site and all 4 functioned W/O issue when tested.

Comment: All P/S's appeared to be exceptionally well maintained and operated and records were
available for all activities.
