Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application: * Residential, The Boardwalk starts at the pool area and extends the length of Harborside Dr on the water. Previous installed Rip Rap has fallen due to erosion and rain. Many areas didn't previously have Rip Rap and will be installed to prevent further erosion. This Maintenance will extend the life of the shoreline along the boardwalk belonging to Harborside Townhomes. Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Property Size .04 Acres 7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): Installing Rip Rap to maintain the integrity of the shoreline. Hardening of the shoreline is avoided thru use of Rip Rap, soil and vegetation which allows water to flow. 8. How will the work be done? * From Land From Water 9. Total amount of disturbance below the normal pool lake level/ normal water level: * (including all clearing, back fill, excavation, rip rap, retaining walls, etc.) 0 square feet 10. Please describe the vegetation above the normal pool lake level/ normal water level and 50 feet landward to be impacted:* (number of trees, for instance) Currently various vegetation, junipers, roses and tall grasses the length of the boardwalk.
