to issue a NPDES wastewater discharge permit to the

has requested renewal of NPDES permit NC0024252
for its Northeast Wastewater Treatment Plant,located in
Catawba County.This permitted facility discharges treated
municipal and indust
rial wastewater to Lyle Creek,a class
C water in the Catawba River Basin.BOD5,ammonia,
This newspaper is qualified for legal advertising in fecal coliform,dissolved oxygen,pH,total residual chlorine,
accordance with N.C.G.S. 1-597 AND 1-598 and total zinc are water quality limited.This discharge may
affect future allocations in this segment of Lyle Creek.
That said newspaper was regularly issued and circulated 10/11/2022
on those dates.
