Good morning Nathaniel. My name is Annel Briones, I'm writing to you on behalf of my
brother Jose Ismael Briones. He had an inspection on his lot 3331 N. Highway 62N Liberty
NC 27298. He was told that he can rescind the permit since the system has not been built. His
permit number is WQ0014446. He would like for his permit to be rescind. Thank you!
