At your request, Mr. Danny Smith of the Central Office, reviewed the Soil
Survey, USGS map and conducted a site visit of the St. Ann's Catholic Church tract, as
depicted on the attached map. This review was necessary to determine whether streams
are present on the subject tract and if compliance with the Neuse Riparian Zone Rule
(15A NCAC 2B .0233) is required. Accordingly, the property as indicated on the
attached map does not house a stream is not subject to the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule.
