It's a good thing you reached out. There is the 2022 annual fee that is overdue and needs to be taken care of. I've
included an invoice here.
Since the permit was successfully renewed prior to that, it is active, and the 2021 Renewal COC is still good. However,
you'll want to take care of this fee so it doesn't prevent renewal down the road.

Overdue
This Stormwater annual fee is required by the North Carolina Administrative Code 143-215.D(a). It covers the administrat
costs associated with your permit. It is required of any person holding a permit for any time during the annual fee period,
regardless of the facility's operating status. Failure to pay the fee by the due date will subject the permit to revocation.
Operating without a valid permit is a violation and is subject to a $10,000 per day fine. If the permit is revoked and you lat
decide a permit is needed, you must reapply, with the understanding the permit request may be denied due to changes it
environmental, regulatory, or modeling conditions.

Ok, must be a misunderstanding on my part.
It said that we are overdue on payment, so I assumed that a new COC was required.
The current COC shows effectivity 07/01/2021. Do we not need a new COC for 2022?

Brandon — did you check the permit file? The renewal COC is already in our repository at that link I sent.

I saw that you submitted a request and indicated the permit was expired and needed to be renewed, but this is not the
case.

Have you checked the permit file in our repository? It's here [edocs.deg.nc.govl.
It appears it was renewed in July of last year (Renewal COC is available there). A current copy of the NCG030000 general
permit is on our website.

Please also check the Permit Summary Report [reports.ncdenr.orgl for other information by entering the permit COC
number and clicking "OK"
