The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) under General Permit
NCG500000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG500631 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

The last inspection on 08/29/2018 by WIRO indicated that they have not discharged since 2013 and no longer needed
the permit. Vitaulic said they were trying to get it rescinded.

A/C condensate does not require a permit.
The CoC for your facility was first issued in 2006. Have their been any plant or system changes that might have
eliminated the source of non -contact cooling water since then?

We have no non -contact cooling water equipment. We do have AC units that drain condensate onto our roof which
then evaporates or drains through our downspouts. I'm not sure if that requires this CoC or not.

Victaulic holds this CoC for a discharge of non -contact cooling water to Banton Branch; outfall location is 34°15'35 /
78°04'09".
Please let me know who should receive future invoices.
If you no longer need the CoC, simply reply to this message and request rescission. An inspector from the Wilmington
Regional Office will visit the site to verify no discharge is occurring.

We have an invoice and are unsure which permit this is associated with. To our knowledge, we are current on all
needed permits through any applicable state or local regulatory board.
Also, this invoice is addressed to a person that has not been with the company for over 8 years.
