Special monitoring requests: 3. Additional effluent limits requests: 4. Other: PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS This application is for the relocation of the effluent discharge from an UT to Little Sandy Creek to Little Sandy Creek. The proposed discharge location is at the SR 1002 bridge crossing the creek. The discharge pipe will follow the road right of way approximately 1/2 mile to the creek. This school is covered by an SOC signed by the Director 920317. The existing discharge is into a zero flow stream which requires very stringent final limits. Final limits are to be met by 931231 based on the schedule in the SOC. Self -monitoring data July 1992 - May 1992 indicates SOC limits have consistently been met.
