Six enforcements during the last permit cycle, along with 13 NOVs and 3 NODs. Facility has persistent compliance issues with fecal coliform, dissolved oxygen and NH3. The WaRO made the following comments: "A few years back they renovated the wetland cells trying to help with compliance but this didn't help. Trying to keep the vegetation alive is hard especially when vegetation doesn't grow October through March when school is in. Fecal Coliform — The facility has UV for disinfection. Not sure if bulbs are clean when sample is taken or if there is a hint of color in the wastewater. Could be O&M issue Dissolved Oxygen — No post aeration. I do not think they will ever meet with post air without addition of aeration. Ammonia — Due to lack of treatment in the Wetland Cells. We have suggested they tie on to County sewer. The problem is the closet line is a few miles away and they do not have any money." Any permit MODS since last permit? No New expiration date November 30, 2027 Changes to current permit?
