Any additional stream and/or buffer mitigation would also require approval by DMS. Let me know if I can provide additional assistance. I reviewed the attached permit mod for R-4707 in Guilford Co. All looks relatively simple given that they're only adding 14 If of bank stabilization. But I wanted to make sure you had everything you need for the 401 mod. Technically I have to wait on the 401 mod before I can issue the IP mod, and we have the new 401- related programmatic agreement to comply with. Before I send out the required "reasonable period of time" email I wanted to make sure you had what you needed to proceed. Just let me know when you get a chance. Thanks! -Dave Bailey David E.
