Hi Colleen,
I understand from Sue Homewood that DWR does not count buffer impacts cumulatively per tributary as I was
instructed to do in the past. Therefore, buffer mitigation would not be required for the N Lake Holding Village buffer
authorization you are reviewing. It also removes the need to use a Conspan on another project in the Lower New Hope
subwatershed where no buffer mitigation is available. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
