10. Comments: This site has been found to have not started the approved construction activity within the
three-year time frame allowed. Under the North Carolina Administrative Code (15A NCAC
04B .0129), this plan is now expired and the permit is closed. Any future consideration for
construction shall go through a new plan submission process.

it relates to compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973.
