and an acceptable erosion and sedimentation control plan have been completed and approved by the Land
Quality Section, N.C. Department of Environmental Quality. Submit the completed form to the appropriate

Construction Narrative
The subject property is located along Dunn Road in Fayetteville, North
Carolina. The site lies along the south side of Dunn Road and the east side of
North Plymouth Street. The project consists of clearing approximately 33 acres
of wooded area, constructing a proposed 54,600 sq. ft. building with parking lot
and drive aisles surrounding the site in Phase 1 along with mass grading of
Phase 2. Drainage quantity and quality requirements are being addressed via a
wet pond with outlet structures on both Phase 1 and Phase 2. The basin
provides a method to lower the runoff below the previous velocities. Methods of
erosion control and grading are shown on the attached plans.
Phase 2 consists of a warehouse building with truck docks, parking areas and a
gravel laydown storage area.
