The site lies along the south side of Dunn Road and the east side of North Plymouth Street. The project consists of clearing approximately 33 acres of wooded area, constructing a proposed 54,600 sq. ft. building with parking lot and drive aisles surrounding the site in Phase 1 along with mass grading of Phase 2. Drainage quantity and quality requirements are being addressed via a wet pond with outlet structures on both Phase 1 and Phase 2. The basin provides a method to lower the runoff below the previous velocities. Methods of erosion control and grading are shown on the attached plans. Phase 2 consists of a warehouse building with truck docks, parking areas and a gravel laydown storage area.
