Dear Ms. Cohn,
We have reviewed your August 4, 2022, comments relative to the proposed stream impacts at the Toyota of Roanoke Rapids project and submit the following clarifications:
1. Based on our final design of the project, the stream/ditch as measured along the centerline down to the headwall is 178.5 feet and there is 10 feet of rip rap at the down stream end
between the headwall and property line. This has been noted on sheet C2.3 attached.
2. Marshall Commercial Property is the owner and application for this project. Spring Engineering, Inc. is the agent authorized to obtain all permits and approvals; a copy of the Letter
of Authorization is attached.
We are sending this information to Anthony Scarbraugh at the USACE so that he has it for his records. Please complete your review and issue the approval as soon as possible.
