DMR missing one of five required temperature readings for week 1. Spoke with ORC and plant personnel via phone to validate
violation on 10/20/22. All indicated frequency violation is correct and not erroneous. ORC was on vacation and backup ORC
did not visit site or perform sampling on Monday 8/1/22. I explained to ORC that they should utilize the comments area to make
remarks and check "non -compliant" in the future when there is a known permit violation. ORC expressed reluctance to admit
non-compliance.
