David: RE: Your subject PJD request: At this time, due to my current permitting workload, and Wilmington District’s
overall focus on permitting, I will not be able to evaluate your request in the near future.

This project will be added to my JD queue, and I will get to it as my workload allows. The information you have
submitted will be included in our permanent record for this project, and NCDOT should use your delineation for their
ongoing project development. Also, if this project is in the 404/NEPA Merger Process, the Corps will make a decision
prior to CP 2A whether to complete a PJD determination, or delineation concurrence, for this project. If it is not in
merger, and my JD determination is not complete before NCDOT is ready to submit a permit application, NCDOT should
submit the application based on your PJD determination.

Jurisdictional Determination for NCDOT TIP U-5824 in Walkertown, Forsyth County, NC. Also attached is the ORM upload
form with the Aquatic Resources tab populated for the delineated resources.

This submittal reflects an updated delineation of previously identified resources which were verified by an expired AJD
for project SAW-2016-02028.

Stream Origin / IP Determination request will also be submitted via NCDWR’s online submittal portal.
