Trevor Clements V(/ SUBJECT: Cedar Village Apartments NC0048429 / Chatham County Permit Map Attached is a copy of the topographical map with the correct point source location for the facility, Cedar Village Apartments. The point source indicated on the map in the permit shows a discharge which is flowing into Cub Creek in the 03-06-06 subbasin. There was also a WLA done in February, 1986 with this point of discharge. This information is incorrect and should be voided. The point source indicated on the map in the Techni- cal Service Modeling Files for the WLA done in April, 1986 has the discharge flowing correctly into a UT to Pokeberry Creek. This information is correct showing the current effluent limitations. This information has been confirmed with Bob Mangum at the Raleigh Regional Office. Therefore, on all records/databases the Cedar Village Apartments / NPDES #NC0048429 is an existing facility within the 03-06-04 subbasin, discharging into a UT to Pokeberry Creek.
