THIS INCLUDES THE PROPOSED ROADWAY (LINDHOLM DRIVE) AND ASSOCIATED STORM DRAINAGE AND GRADING, AS WELL AS WORK ON SAM FURR ROAD REQUIRED AS PART OF THE TIA. NOTE THAT THE SITE WILL BE MASS -GRADED TO PREPARE FOR THE FUTURE BUILD -OUT OF THE APPROVED REZONING/SKETCH PLAN. THE PROPOSED FULL SITE BUILD -OUT, AS SHOWN IN THE REZONING PLAN/SKETCH PLANS (SHEETS SP-000 TO SP-602), HAS BEEN SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE COVER AS COMMERCIAL SITE PLANS (EPM #402844).
