Explanation
Our last CO was issued on 6/29/22 and the erosion control inspection was closed
out shortly before then. The documentation I have attached is an email from the
inspector yesterday stating he closed it out. I just don't have anything from back in
June to provide.

North Carolina General Statute 143-215.613 (i) provides that:

or monitoring device or method required to be operated or maintained under this Article or rules of the Commission implementing this Article shall
