The transfer tank and settling tanks have not been measured for solids since their installation. Mr.
Bowlin measured and there was approximately 2-3 feet of sludge in the first tank since their installation.
We will have this sludge removed, and will measure the sludge in all tanks on a monthly basis. Going
forward, the tanks will be cleaned out on an as -needed basis.
