As noted in the final survey file, the pipe is shown as directional only.
The inlet of the pipe was not located.

The outlet of the pipe over 7’ below the outlet of the 18” pipe.
The pipe should be below the PFSH and not impact it.

Garcy had some concerns about the preformed scour hole on the northeast quadrant of the new bridge. Will it
discharge directly into the creek through the existing 24” CMP?
