This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. No discrepancies were noted. *There are no pump stations in the system. *There are no high priority lines in the system. *AII the maintenance and inspection logs are kept at the wastewater treatment plant.
