Box 70 Eden, NC 27289-0070 NORTH CAROLINA Environmental Quality October 6, 2022 SUBJECT: Compliance Evaluation Inspection City of Eden Wastewater Collection System NPDES Permit No. WQCS00018 Rockingham County Dear Mr. Mendenhall, On September 22, 2022, Gary Hudson of this office met with Melinda Ward and Mike Vernon to perform a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the above referenced wastewater collection system. This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in - office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. No discrepancies were noted during this inspection.
