Discharge Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) were reviewed for the period August 2021 through July 2022. Daily maximum effluent TSS violations were reported in February and April 2022. The Division has previously addressed these limit violations through the issuances of NOV/civil penalty assessments. The ORC and staff must ensure that the time (military or standard) is properly labeled on the chain of custody forms. Laboratory Are field parameters performed by certified personnel or laboratory?
