I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the following corrections are made in the above named
recorded instrument in accordance with the provisions of G.S.§ 47-36.1 ratified on June 30,1986.
DESCRIPTION OF CORRECTIONS (S):
This Deed is being re -recorded because:
(1) the address of the grantor needs to be corrected from 3128 Kinnamon Raod, Winston-
Salem, NC 27104 to 350 Woodcroft Drive, Angier, NC 27501
(2) the name "... Trustee for the James W. Johnson, Jr., Revocable Trust Agreement dated
November to, 2004" was omitted on the original recording. Title is required by the Will and
Testament of James W. Johnson, Jr. to vest in the trust and I mistakenly left off the trust
language for the Grantee.
(3) In the Tract Y Legal Description, First Line current reads as "... in the northern margin of
U.S. Hwy 412 ..." it should read as "... in the northern margin of U.S. Hwy 421..."
(4) The page containing Tracts 2 & 3 are recorded out of order and should be placed after the
first page of the deed.
This instrument being corrected by the attorney who prepared the original document.

of Cross Street; thence with the western margin of Cross Street South 07 degrees o0

degrees 25 minutes West 146 feet to an iron pipe, another new corner with J. I. Williams;

No. 2 Page 71, Harnett County Registry and is a portion of the same property conveyed to J.
I. Williams dated 14 August 1945 and recorded in Book 295 Page 397, Harnett County
Registry.
This property is further shown upon a plat prepared by C. W. Russum, Registered Surveyor
on May 24,1972.

The herein described lands are conveyed to and accepted by the Grantees subject to all other
easements, rights -of -way and restrictions shown on said map and listed on the public record.
This conveyance is expressly made subject to the lien created by Grantors' real 20o6 Town of
Angier (fi applicable) and Harnett County ad valorem taxes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described lands and premises, together with all
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anyway appertaining, unto the Grantees, their heirs, successors
and assigns forever, but subject always, however, to the reservation(s) set forth above.
AND the said Grantor, party of the first part, covenant to and with said Grantees their heirs,
successors, administrators and assigns that they are lawfully seized in fee simple of said lands and
premises, and have full right and power to convey the same to the Grantees in fee simple (but subject,
however, to the limitations set out above) and that said lands and premises are free from any and all
encumbrances, except as set forth above, and that themselves and their heirs, successors, administrators
