Compliance Response Letter
Dear Mr. Reed,
The Town has completed it's stormwater self -assessment of the items not assessed by the Department of
Environmental Quality during the stormwater audit conducted this year. We apologize for delay in
delivery, the Town as well as NCDEQ experienced significant turnover this year. We have been working
diligently to complete all requested items by the 120-day deadline, however, had a miscommunication
with NCDEQ as to what was required.
