Hello Mr. Hinkle,
Please answer the following questions and complete the attached plan drawings.
How will riprap and fabric be placed along the shoreline?
Will the placement of riprap and fabric be performed when the lake is down?
Will this be placed via barge or will a landward access be required?
Plans included with your submission present an alternative plan for setting posts in concrete when the lake is down.
Your application did not indicate these impacts, nor did the Division received lake draw down and refill dates. Concrete
must be fully cured prior to making contact with surface waters. If the like is not drawn down long enough for the
concrete to cure, a coffer dam will be required. Please provide more details regarding this alternative post installation
method and how this method would comply with such conditions.
Do not hesitate to ask any question.

Good Morning Mr Anderson
I am inquiring about a rip rap installation permit for Tony Steffell. The ID # is 20221227. Do you think this is a project
that we will be able to install? Do you think the Rip rap is necessary for this project?
Thank you
Jonathan
