Provide stabilized inlets into the sediment basin for each inlet. Stone pad should extend into basin floor. [G.S. 113A-57.(3)] 3. Geotechnical engineer stamp or sign off for wall design over 4 ft., check with county building permitting to verify any county requirements. [G.S. 113A-57.(4)] 4. [15A NCAC 04B .0108] 5. Revise the construction sequence to include the following language: no major grading activities or basin construction are to take place during wet weather or periods of predicted wet weather i.e. Hurricanes; notify NCDEQ LQS inspector when project is ready for a close out inspection; file for NPDES NCGO10000 e-Notice of Termination when final close out inspection report is received from NCDEQ LQS; install inlet protection by the end of the workday for all constructed SW inlets; sediment basin and trap embankments shall be provided with adequate groundcover immediately upon construction; after the drainage areas to the basins and traps have been permanently stabilized, dewater the basins. Fill the basins using stockpiled soil and bring to finish grade in compacted lifts.
