INFORMATION
Please use this space to provide any additional information about the
22 drainage area(s):
Phase 2 d.a. is 48.63 acres_ Offsite SCM A is in Phase 1 and was oversized;
the actual drainage areas, in phase 2, were not precisely known when SCM A
;was designed. L D areas 1-5 comprise 3.27 acres. Also, there is an additional
area of vegetated buffer/planting areas about the perimeter of the project.

9 !Has an Engineer's Certification for the off -site SCM been submitted to DEQ? No
10 Are there any Notices of Violation for the off -site system? No
11 -'Has the off -site SCM been maintained in accordance with its O&M Plan? No
12Will the collection system be maintained in its design state and kept clean? Yes
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
13 1 Please use this space to provide any additional information about the off -site SCM(s):
This stormwater control measure is in phase 1 and has been installed; however, the bayfilter cartridges will
not be installed until the phase 1 houses are built. The Engineer's certification will be submitted once the
bayfilter cartridges have been installed. Approval of this measure was through SWA 000100_ SCM A was
oversized to be conservative; at the time of the Phase 1 design, the exact drainage areas in Phase 2 were not
known. The DA line for how this SCM A was sized is shown on sheet C4.4
LOW DENSITY
1
Is project below density thresholds set forth in the applicable.stormwater rule?

Is stormwater released at the edge of the setback as dispersed flow? _ _
Yes
13
Have stormwater outlets been designed to prevent downslope erosion?
Yes
14

15 Please use this space to provide any additional information about this low densih prajeCL
i
'From point D to curb outlet at the existing parking area, the length of the swale is 70 feet because the flow is released at the edge .
of the buffer. From point E to the parking lot the swale length is 128 feet; there is an approximate 60" oak tree that is being
preserved.
