total, with .333 acres being in the right-of-way of Mount Holly-Huntersville Road, all as shown on a survey for
Robert C. Spivey, Jr., prepared by Jack R. Christian Associates Surveying dated February 11, 1988.
BEING in all respects that same property described in and conveyed by Deed recorded on February 26, 1988, in
