On August 23, 2022, this Office conducted a Compliance Sampling Inspection at the subject
facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Sampling Inspection (CSI) to ensure
compliance with permit requirements and conditions. Split samples for BOD, NH3 as N, and
TSS were collected as part of the inspection and results are enclosed.
Please note that samples were collect for compliance purposes only and results are not to be
reported on eDMR's. Enclosed is a copy of the State Laboratory Report, should you have any
