North Stokes 1-Iigh School WWTP-NC0044962 Subject: North Stokes High School WWTP-NC0044962 Date: Tue, 26 Feb 2002 14:32:58 -0500 From: "Matt Matthews" <matt.matthews@ncmail.net> To: "Christie Jackson" <Christie Jackson@ncmail.net> Christie, In reviewing the new permit issued to this facility dated January 25, I noticed that the sample type was composite for whole effluent toxicity. The previous permit had been modified to specify the sample type as grab. When I went back to look at the draft permit that I reviewed in the fall, the sample type was indeed composite; so I missed this when I reviewed the draft. The problem is that I'm pretty sure the facility will not be able to collect a composite sample. Is there any way we can address this other than a permit modification and, if not, is a permit modification even feasible at this point given personnel shortages?
