GENERAL NOTES:
1. ANY STRUCTURE TO E REMOVED SHALL REQUIRE RE A SEPARATE DEMOLITION PERMIT FROM THE BUILDING B Q ILDING

2. MEANS OF EGRESS ILLUMINATIONSHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT EXIT DISCHARGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCBC.
3. ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED OVERHEAD POWER LINES ARE INDICATED ON THE SITE PLAN. IT NO OVERHEAD

GRADING NOTES:
4. LANDINGS OUTSIDE ALL DOORS SHALL BE SIZED PER THE NORTH CAROLINA BUILDING CODE (NCBC), BE AT

ADEQUATE DRAINAGE FOR BUILDING PADS
ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION SITES SHALL PROVIDE ADEQUATE DRAINAGE FROM THE
BUILDING FOUNDATION. THE GRADE SHALL SLOPE A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES WITHIN
THE FIRST 10 FEET FROM THE BUILDING AS REFERENCED IN NC STATE BUILDING CODE.
ADEQUATE DRAINAGE SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED FOR NEW COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
