Hi Maureen,
According to an information sheet that I have in the file, Marshall WWTP was reclassified as a WW2 from WW3 on
4/23/02, but apparently was reclassified as a WW3 in 2005? Then the 2012 permit says it's a WW2, but the 2017
permit says it's a WW3. So I am just trying to figure why it keeps getting classified as a WW3. According to the standard
classifications, it should be a WW2, but I know that if it deemed to be complex enough in operation, then it can be
classified higher. I am fine with reclassifying it as a WW2. If anybody can present/explain justification for classifying it as
a WW3 facility, I am fine with it as a WW3 as well. But without a good reason, I'd prefer that it be classified as a WW2
facility.

I'm not showing that I reclassified this permit.
BIMS shows it was classified WW-3 in 1977. I record draft permits that I review on a spreadsheet and have no record or
reclassifying this one, nor do I have a copy of a reclass letter that would have gone out to the permittee so I'm not sure
why it's classified WW-3.
We can certainly fix that...Dan, is ARO in concurrence?
