Ron Boone and Seren Homer, of the Winston-Salem Regional Office (WSRO) of the NC Division of
Water Resources (DWR), conducted a compliance evaluation inspection (CEI) of the wastewater
treatment and disposal system at the address covered by the subject permit on 8/11/2022.
No one was at home at the time of our visit at around 12PM and it appears that no one had lived in
the house for quite some time.
Upon return to the office, an Interent search revealed the property is still owned by you, Mr. Thacker.
Mr. Boone contacted you and briefed you about the overdue annual permit fees and that you would
need to pay all of them to maintain the permit in good standing. Mr. Boone contacted our Central
Office and requested copies of the overdue invoices and then sent them to you for payment.
