Please see the attached Regional General Permit 50 verification, including Special Conditions and terms and conditions,
for the above referenced project. Also note the Compensatory Mitigation requirement (4 Compensatory Mitigation
Responsibility Transfer Forms). Given the size of the referenced project plan sheets, I have not attached them to this
email. However, I will send the plans (which are considered part of the permit) as a separate email via from our DoD
SAFE website, namely: "I-3306A Surface Water and Wetland Impact", Permit Drawing Sheets 1 through 97.
