This overall Hawthorne at Brightwood Farm development is a 312 unit multifamily complex. This Public Sewer Permit will require an estimated peak flow of 61800 GPD for utility consumption. There is also a Private Sewer permit application for this project which will be responsible for some of the peak flow of the project. This portion of the project will be comprised of 1470 LF of 8" VCP public gravity sewer main.
