The overall Hawthorne at Brightwood Farm development is a 312 unit multifamily complex. This Private Sewer permit will require an estimated peak flow of 18000 GPD for utility consumption, due to a majority of the peak flow for the project being allocated for the Public Sewer permit being applied for the same project. This portion of the project will be comprised of 534 LF of 8" PVC private gravity sewer main.
