I looked up in the operator rules (we can not change their requirements).
15A NCAC 08G .0204 RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OPERATOR IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE (ORC)
(h) physical/chemical systems:
(i) Grade I systems, including groundwater remediation systems: weekly;
(ii) Grade II systems: five days per week, excluding State and federal holidays;
(i) land application systems: during or within 48 hours after application of residuals. (NOT SURE HOW THIS
WORKS WITH A DRIP SYSTEM).
THE ONLY WAY FOR THIS TO BE ANY DIFFERENT IS SOMETHING IN WRITING FROM THE CERTIFICATION STAFF
THAT GIVES THE "PERMIT/OPERATOR" DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS.

I can do very early the morning of 8/26, but have to be back at the office for a meeting at 9:15AM. So I would need to
be leaving the site by 9AM and, thus, we would likely need to meet by about 8 or 8:30AM at the latest. Let me know if
that works for you.
If 8/26 doesn't work, I could do the AM of 9/1.
