General Statute 143-215.3D(a)(4). The annual fee was billed on 8/1/2022 and was due on 9/1/2022. The annual fee applies to the following construction site: Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 811 Delane Street, Kannapolis, NC Cabarrus County Certificate of Coverage No. NCC191307 NC Reference No. NCG01-2019-1307 If the project was closed out prior to the invoice date, please request a Notice of Termination. Follow the instructions on the NPDES Construction Program website (deq.nc.gov/NCG01). If the project was not closed out or sold prior to the invoice date, please pay the permit fee using the Stormwater ePayment website (deq.nc.gov/SW-ePayments). Failure to address this deficiency within 30 calendar days could result in the issuance of a Notice of Violation and potential civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for failing to maintain permit coverage.
