WAYS SHALL REMAIN UNDISTURBED.
6. THIS DEVELOPMENT MUST BE PROVIDED WITH A DRAINAGE SYSTEM THAT IS ADEQUATE TO PREVENT THE UNDUE RETENTION OF SURFACE WATER ON THE
DEVELOPMENT SITE.
7. NO SURFACE WATER MAY BE CHANNELED OR DIRECTED INTO A SANITARY SEWER.*
& WHENEVER PRACTICABLE, THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF THIS DEVELOPMENT SHALL COORDINATE WITH AND CONNECT TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS OR DRAINAGE WAYS
ON SURROUNDING PROPERTIES OR STREETS.
9. CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS FOR DRAINAGE SWALES, CURBS AND GUTTERS, AND STORM DRAINS ARE CONTAINED IN APPENDIX C.
10. THIS DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AND MAINTAINED SO THAT ADJACENT PROPERTIES ARE NOT UNREASONABLY BURDENED WITH SURFACE WATERS AS A
RESULT OF SUCH DEVELOPMENTS*
11. NO DEVELOPMENT MAY BE CONSTRUCTED OR MAINTAINED SO THAT SUCH DEVELOPMENT UNREASONABLY IMPEDES THE NATURAL FLOW OF WATER FROM HIGHER
ADJACENT PROPERTIES ACROSS SUCH DEVELOPMENT, THEREBY UNREASONABLY CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO SUCH HIGHER ADJACENT PROPERTIES*
12. NO DEVELOPMENT MAY BE CONSTRUCTED OR MAINTAINED SO THAT SURFACE WATERS FROM SUCH DEVELOPMENT ARE UNREASONABLY COLLECTED AND CHANNELED
ONTO LOWER ADJACENT PROPERTIES AT SUCH LOCATIONS OR AT
SUCH VOLUMES AS TO CAUSE SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO SUCH LOWER ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
13. STORMWATER CONTROL FACILITIES SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY THE DEVELOPER.
14. ALL SIGNS REQUIRE SIGN PERMIT APPROVAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
15. ANY VARIATION TO THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE TOWN OF SILER CITY DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT FOR EVALUATION AND REVISED PLAN SUBMITTED FOR
REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
/\ \ 16. VEHICLE ACCOMMODATION AREAS OF ALL DEVELOPMENTS SHALL BE DESIGNED SO THAT SANITATION, EMERGENCY, AND OTHER PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES CAN
\ \ SERVE SUCH DEVELOPMENTS WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF BACKING UNREASONABLE DISTANCES OR MAKING OTHER DANGEROUS OR HAZARDOUS TURNING MOVEMENTS.
\ \ 17. EVERY VEHICLE ACCOMMODATION AREA SHALL BE DESIGNED SO THAT VEHICLES CANNOT EXTEND BEYOND THE PERIMETER OF SUCH AREA ONTO ADJACENT

\ 18. CIRCULATION AREAS SHALL BE DESIGNED SO THAT VEHICLES CAN PROCEED SAFELY WITHOUT POSING A DANGER TO PEDESTRIANS OR OTHER VEHICLES AND
