Minutes of Managers and Members of MTS CLT, LLC
An Annual Meeting of the Managers and Members of MTS CLT, LLC was held at the offices of
the corporation in Charlotte, North Carolina on the 15th day of February, 2022, at 12:15 p.m.
Managing Member of MTS CLT, LLC, J. Clark Stewart, as President of Eastwood Construction
Partners, LLC, presided over the meeting with Myra Stewart, as acting Secretary, recording the
minutes.
Mr. Stewart opened the floor for election of officers of the company and the following were elected to
the office set opposite their name to serve until next annual meeting of managers and members in 2023
or until their successors have been elected and duly qualified:
